Hollywood Central Park Mission
The mission of the Hollywood Central Park project is to develop a major park that can provide area residents with green space, improved health, and economic development. The project aims to create over 40,000 jobs over the course of a decade in order to tie long-term economic security to the ongoing development of a healthy city. Additional projects include lobbying for supportive legislation to make the community stronger and healthier and raising the funds necessary to develop the park.
Parks in Los Angeles
Toyota of Hollywood (now with a Spanish language site), an LA Car Guy dealership, has partnered with the Hollywood Central Park project to better serve the community. Los Angeles has long been recognized as a concrete jungle and has significant urban sprawl across a vast landscape. Projects like the Hollywood Central Park will help to reverse the trend of urban sprawl and deliver enormous benefits to residents of the North Hollywood area.
